Review by hotel critic
During my recent week at the Residenz, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to excellence, which surpassed my high expectations. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night, but it was the delightful view from my window that truly elevated my stay, allowing me to enjoy picturesque mornings. The air conditioning provided a perfect balance of coolness, allowing for a serene retreat after exploring the city. I was also pleasantly surprised when a valuable item I had mistakenly left behind was promptly returned to me by the attentive staff, showcasing their dedication to guest service.
